"Whether you think that you can, or that
you can't, you are usually right."

CONSIDER: Does the way we think affect the way that we perform tasks? How much does thinking positively (or negatively) affect our outlook in life? What can we do to become more positive against strife and struggle?

ReplyDeleteto me this quote means that if you think you can do something you can do it, but if you think you can not do somthing you wont be able to do it. so think positive and positve things will happen.
I think this quote is telling us that if we think we are able to do something, we will be more successful, and if you think that you can't do it, you probably won't.So what your view on something is determines whether or not you'll be able to do it or not.So yeah, "think positive."

ReplyDeleteTo me, what this quote means is that you can't do everything. You just have to do what you can and make the best of it. In this world there are somethings that you can't do, but whatever you do best, thats what you do. Everyone can't do everything another person can do, we're all different in our own special way, and thats good. You don't have to be like everyone else, just be yourself and you'll be cool.

ReplyDeleteI think Plato is trying to say that good people don't really follow the laws, because they choose to be whom they are, and that is to be a good sematrian. Bad people don't really follow laws either, they have chosen to be evil in their actions and it has corrupted them. See, no one actually follows laws, they just make decisions, Good or Bad.
